Boss Audio R3400D setting gain level

I highly doubt that it makes 900watts at most 500 with 14v and will probably fry in a month
its cheap.. however I have had it for 3 months now and it works just fine.

900 * 2 sqrt = 42v, is this what i should set it to?

No lie, I cracked my mono "3000w" boss amp to like 70-80% an the 2chan "2000w" was set at like 50%. My highs wud cut out after 30mins, the sub never even got warm. I had it for about a year, got rid of the whole truck. System still worked....

If you have 2 d4 subs wired parallel you are at 1 ohm which equates to no more than 30v ac.

they r single 4s **** it. any one else want to tell him his single 4ohm subs can't be wired to 2 ohm. he needs to know how to set the gain not what he's wired to.
