Bondo is drying on door pods, what next?

Ok, so I'm doing my first work with fiberglass and I have the mold and fiberglass and everything and I just bondo'd the door pods and now letting them dry. What are the next steps once they are dry?

I would of sanded the bndo while it's still wet... that way you dont' have to sand as much.

^ x2, while somewhat wet. i would hit it with a "cheese grater" or really rough sand paper. to smooth everything out. once dry. work your way up the the grits of sandpaper.

I just sanded with 40 grit and then just added another coat of bondo to fill the holes. Do I go over with 40 again and then work my way up? If there is more holes/highs/lows do I bondo the whole thing again or should I just bondo where the high/lows are?

sand it more, with a couple more variations in the grits to get highs/lows a little more even. then if there are still pin holes, thin out the bondo, whether with less hardener or add a little resin to it. if you have kitty hair, you can use that on the pinholes as well.

you have kitty hair, you can use that on the pinholes as well.

glazing putty or filler primer is meant for pin holes, not kitty hair
