Nope, all the Hemi's now are either 5.7 or 6.1L V-8s. No V-6 or 4 cyl hemi's are in production.
I didn't understand all that restrictor plate shit but it doesn't make sense to me as to how you could gain 120hp by punching a hole in it, especially in a van that's rated 162 at the crank. The SRT neons can reach 250-260 with a wastegate actuator and an aftermarket exhaust but I'm about 99% sure they don't have a restrictor plate. That's why I couldn't tell if he was serious or just ****ing with this guy when he said that.

YOu are not smart. Dodge = hemi engine, silly.

And they all have restrictor places. ****, some of them block of the intake completely and you have to crack the nuts loose to let air in past the gasket just for it to run.
