my blazers ***** went. and since its just been 1 thing after another with this thing, i think i should cut my losses and just get a different car. but the main predicament...i need a car that has alot of room for my sub box + isnt sealed off in a trunk. i li8ke SUVs too, so id like to stick with them. of course, i dont have the money to go buy a new car so it needs to be around $5k ish tops. also, no more domestic. i was looking at pathfinders and 4runners. pathfinders are better looking, but i heard 4runners last ridiculously long. they both seem to have pretty weak engines though. i been looking at the mid to late 90's models. and suggestions/helpful info guys?

ive got a 95 (2nd gen) 4runner. it does well //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif gets pretty loud too with minimal power from the amps.

these things do run pretty **** long too. mine only has 98,000 miles on it, but i've heard/seen many other ones still running strong with over 200,000 miles.

there are 2 big downsides to these big guys:

1: gas mileage. i get about 14 mpg in the city, and like 22 highway i think.

2: power. goes from 0-60 in like 15 seconds. not even joking. slow as hell.

oh, and my friend has a 96 pathfinder i think. its a good car. its almost the same as mine pretty much, as far as features, power, gas mileage, etc, but i like the way my 4runner rides as compared to his pathfinder. you will find yourself sitting very low with your legs more forward in a 4runner, much like a normal car. also, if you take the running boards off and put on some bigger tires (31" will fit standard) it looks like it has been lifted a substantial amount //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

hope this helps

****it, my blazer is slow enough!

Station wagon FTW... Find a Buick Century, Ford Escort, Toyota Camry or the like station wagon. You get 30's usually for MPG and have as much or more room for subs etc.

I had a 96 Ford Escort wag and it rocked, got great mileage and never broke down. If it had a 5 speed I would still own it. Unless you need to compensate for a small penis, a shaggin wagon is the way to go. And you know well waht open cabin sounds are like. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
