yea I thought so, but for real I have had go experiences with memphis m class amps and rockford power series amps and the sundown in my buddys car is damn impressive!

If I wanted 1000 rms I would go with a sundown. But I wouldn't trade my aq 1200 for one

I was guessing current draw vs. output, with it being a sub amp distortion level doesn't really come into play unless your an audiophile or just looking for sql.
