No but really I had trouble gaining weight for a while. A year and a half ago I was 130lbs, 5'11". I am now around 170lbs (all fat, lol) and am looking to get back into shape.

Before, I was doing all I could to gain weight... but now I'm trying to turn all this weight into muscle //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

 
I've been training for almost 13 years now. I'm a personal trainer and a competative bodybuilder. Won a couple shows in my day. Started out in high school at 5' 4", 147lbs., 16% BF. Right now I'm 5' 4" 197lbs. morning, 201 lbs. night, at 10% BF.

 
i can do 20 pull ups and bench 170 pounds 8 times. That ain't bad for my size. At least i can bench my body weight.
i can barely do my body weight and im really fat:crap:

cept u dont know how over weight i am. but i did go from a 10 min mile to a nice 7:45 or so min mile:D hopin to be under 7 by the time school starts back in jan //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

i run 3-5 miles every weekday and never lost a pound. I also eat a ton of fattening foods and drink tons of milk and protein but i still don't gain shit when i want to. i want to gain 10 pounds of muscle, but still haven't figured it out yet.

But yea, losing 12 pounds from running is good, just wear a hoody when you run and you will lose more wait because you will sweat more.

yea i dont eat barely anything fo real. no end of days said wear a hoody i was stating i wear one everytime i run lol. i use to not run at all and just lift and i was at a still fatty 215 but i was a lot stronger. now id rather be tone and wait till im tone to gain muscle.
