I gained about 30lbs of muscle during my last 2 yrs of highschool until I f**ked up my shoulder. I get my shoulder fixed and then I've got my senior yr to bulk up even more. I'm hoping to get up to 300 bench, but my shoulder is a big set back. I just use whey protien and protien bars
heres me after 1 year of lifting, i looked the same before because my metabolism is way to fawking high. I eat mcdonalds basically every day and used to take protein shakes every day as well, and never gained more than 4 pounds.
