You were dehydrated, your body was not in homeostasis. You replenished your fluids, your weight came back up to homeostasis. That does not apply to gaining weight above your homeostasis. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

Try these supplements instead:proper Diet

Proper workout program and technique

Proper sleep

They fukkin rule.
He speaks the truth, but everyone is looking for a "magic pill" so they'll waste a shitload of $$$ on supplements that do nothing more then everyday food can do.

shit ive never heard of someone complaining of not being able to gain weight. shit i need to lose weight.
its actually a very common problem.

im at a toss up right now, lifted a lot in high school (5'9 was 135 then) benched 235max 185 for 10x reps

then i stopped for the first 3 years of college and gained 20 lbs (none muscle) so im at 155 now and just started lifting again. took a little over a month to get back to the same weight i was lifting in high school. feel like i need to cut like 5/10 lbs of fat that i gained, but trying to eat healthy/do that (lost maybe 5 lbs if that so far) but i cant gain shit for muscle mass

This thread is like perfect for me cus "supposedly" today i start working out haha i was gonna buy some creatine and some other protein shit thats like 30 bucks its gonna be like 110 bucks in total... any tips?
