battery took a dump on me

i need a new one, what should i be looking for in terms of "performance" battery? can i get one that runs @ higher voltage (i just replaced alt also) or would it take an entire electrical system upgrade? i just dont want to have to worry about my battery being sucked dry

if you don't run your system with the engine off, just get a everstart maxx, or something decent for under the hood. invest the money in an alt and big 3.
