hey guys. i was wondering, i already have a battery terminal on the neg./pos. of my battery, but i need more outputs from the battery to run more power wire and for my big 3, could i simply attach one of these to the existing terminal?

http://knukonceptz.com/productDetail.cfm?prodID=PB-K1448

that way it would give me more options and for my big 3. i got more than 2 amps to connect with power wire, so i need the extra outputs on the battery.

or is there another option? thx

i know it isnt a battery terminal, its a dis. block. i ALREADY got battery terminals on my battery posts, but not enough outputs to run power wire. so, i though i could run one of these with a short piece of 0/1 guage from the batt. terminal to this block, THEN run all the power wires back to my amps and for the big 3 etc.. right now, i can run either (2) 0/1 guage wires and (1) 4 guage power wires from my terminals. BUT i need to run my cars electrical on there too! plus i got to do the big 3. so 1 termial will not do. but if i attach this with power wire from my terminal, it will give my 4 outputs. which leads me to my next question,

even if this is okay to do, is there such thing as a dis. block that has 0/1 guage IN and multiple 0/1 guages OUT ?? i dont want 1 guage IN and (4) 4 guage OUT , coz i want to run that OUT wires to the amps and big 3.

hope u guys understand and arent confused. thx!

well let me ask this. is it okay to run 1 line of 0/1 guage back to the trunk , then split it off into (4) 8 guage pieces from a fused dis. block or 4 guage (if there is a fused dis. block that can do (1) 0/1 into (4) guages ???? see i have 4 amps.

OR run 2 lines of 0/1 guage back to the trunk and then buy 2 fused dis. blocks for 4 guage wires to my amps?? 1 line of 0/1 guage into (2) 4 guage pieces of wire for 2 of my amps and then a second fused dis. block of the same for the other 2??

hope its not sounding confusing??

Think of it in terms of plumbing, the wire is the pipes and the current is the water.

The fuses are safety shutoff valve if a pipe bursts.

Now ask your self if this or that arrangment will allow for proper water flow and does it have the proper safety valves in case of a pipe breaking?

Thinking of it this way ends alot of confusion.
