Battery relocation

I want to move my battery under the hood to the trunk but there is a Fuse on the positive terminal would it be alright to eliminate the terminal

and run the wires to a fuse block and just run the 0g wire to the trunk
u going to run neg wire front front to truck too? still needs motor ground. i thought about it when i read this and it would make wiring amps and all easier but i would run 2/0 pos and ground from the factory wires under hood to truck i think..

What vehicle is this in ? And why not add a 2nd battery to the existing battery if the movement is for stereo system reasons ?
