Battery questions....

I have a Optima Yellowtop in the rear with a Tsunami PP2001-PT topper which has [2] 150a fuses. Does that mean that its basically 300a of fusing? So i wouldnt need to add in my 300a fuse i have in to my postive run?

Also i bought a Kirkland Marine/Deep cycle battery, would i be able to run it in the trunk/hatch of my car? I would have a Yellowtop in the front.
