wait wait , thats fine about the alarm but bro u can do the big 3. alt to battery + then battery - to chassis , then u do engine block to chassis. u can use one of the alt bolts they work fine. U dont have to for say get a new battery just see how it works out

Until you go with a HO alternator, you can pretty much scrap the 1/0 wire from the alternator to the battery. Upgrading the grounds are WAY more important in Hondas!

That wire that goes from the alternator to the battery is already rated to handle the stock alternator output, which is pretty low and crappy on most Hondas.

he can still do the wire to the alt.

i traced it down just now.

the grounds look the easiest. can i just use those same bolts and attach the new grounds with the old? like on the same bolt going to the same locations.

also my battery to alt goes like this. i traced it from the battery to the fuse box under the hood. then it was fused there. and screwed down. then there was another wire that went to the alt i think.

for the ground make sure u sand the metal down. u want to have a good connection . and u can use the same bolt. look for some paint on the bolts or rust u can sand away the rust or use new bolts. some times they be come im gona spell this wrong oxidized the bolts that is.

I personally run one for 2 reasons,

1) I have no dimming because the audio batteries are totally seperated.

2) No issues with killing my starting battery with the system.

I love mine.
