if u have more then 1 battery its a good idea to have one if u want to play music with your car off.

if u dont have one u will start drawing from the back battery. its not gona be good, most people i know dont have one. For my self i never played with my car off so if u feel that u wont be doing that then u could pass on one. good luck bro

the one under my hood is Duralast Gold.. has a yellowtop.

one going in trunk is Kinetic HC600

Duralast is less than a year old. and Kinetics is brand new. hasn't seen power yet

great starting battery i had one, i was turned on to them there pretty **** good. the hc 600 is a small battery bro but if it works then go for it. no isolator is needed.

they are good for upfront batterys in smaller cars. i think he should look in to a diff battery,but as u know some times u gota work with what ya got.

all it is, is a resistor between the 2 batteries...

im going to run 2 12" RE SEs with 1600W RMS @ 1 ohm

well with that much power im not sure it will be the right battery. U gota see what kinda volt drops u get, if u do the big 3 in 1/0 u should be fine with that battery. power and ground 1/0 ga as well
