Battery alternator cap? please help!!

ok thanks a lot for all of your guys input. I REALLY APPRECIATE IT. ill most likely go ahead and upgrade the alt. and for sure the battery.

One last question so i found this high output 200 amp alt. on ebay its manufactured by Mitsubishi but specific made for my mazda 3. only cost 220+shipping and in description by regulator it says: I/R, so does that mean its internally regulated like you guys are talking about and do you think it seems like a good legit alt.???

....I know all my questions may seem dumb but i just want to make 100% sure.....here's the link for it

You get what you pay for in this case. Look at idle output and what they call full output RPM. It probely doest do rated till 6000 RPM.

200 amps at 1200 rpms is achieveable, Coiling looks decent, I'd buy it.
