Here is a design @ 2 db pasband of 32 - 80hz custom for the driver you mentioned.

um..the sketchup looks nice but how is he going to mount the sub?

when u make a bandpass design u have to make it so the sub can still be service if he wants to change it or rewire it .

that style port is not good for bandpass boxes imho

First, Thanks....

Second, I agree the port is not ideal, but with space as the constraint there really isn't much I could do with the design based on the length that was need to tune the vented chamber.

As far as “serviceable” In this design the rear panel of the seal chamber could be removable, thus allowing mounting, removing and rewiring of the sub, this would only add ¾” to the width of the box.

If I have a chance I'll draw up what I mean.

Also, I have built a couple “laberynth” designed BP boxes with great results.

a box for my car done correctly has 19 pieces to it. and thats the sealed box, plus not all the pieces come to a 90 degree angle, theres lots of angles to the box in my car. so ultimateassqueer, know your shit before you talk,
