Bandpass ratio? What does that mean?

I was watching the build on Mikey's hummer that mike singer did and he said that the Bandpass had a 2:1 ratio or something like that I forgot what it was but what does that mean by it having a ratio?

ratio of chamber to chamber. i.e. ported to ported or sealed to ported.

on 4th orders / bandpasses etc.. Ratio means Sealed to Ported... 2 to 1 = 2 times the sealed area

Well he had a 6th order so I guess that was 2 times the ported area?
