Bad situation need forum advice...

and don't drive around with beer in the car if you're not of age to purchase it.

yea i know not to drive around with beer but the i assumed when the cops searched the car the first time they had taken out all the beer. There was one can that they didnt see and that i had no clue where it was. So second time i got pulled over and they found a roach between the console and a seat and that single can of beer. If i knew that the roach was in there i would of def ate it or tried to dispose of it. The can of beer was left in there from the first time and when i did clean out the car i didnt see it, and also the cops wouldnt say were they found it after i asked them.

So then i said i wasnt gonna sign a ticket that said i knowingly had beer in my car but that backfired and they said i would get arrested if i wouldnt sign it. So im not sure whats going on yet i just hope not to do jail time because ive more then learned a lesson from this already. Thanks for all the advice so far.

should have let them arrest you

then a lawyer could have helped you in a civil suit (maybe) for wrongful arrest.

nah, wouldnt have worked (I dont think)

you can arrest someone for speeding, if you want, they **** sure could've arrested him for minor in possession and possesion of cds the second time, they were basically cutting a deal, sign the ticket, and save everyone some trouble, or Im gonna take yo *** to jail
