Aux ipod and amp shutdown

Hey guys, mostly a lurker here but I finally got my setup here. It is all hooked up now but I have one slight problem. I have an alpine HU, i forget the exact model, but its newer with 3 output RCA channels etc etc, MB quart comps, MB quart 12" sub, and 2 Hifonics amps. Everything sounds awesome when it comes to the radio but when I try to switch the headunit over to CD or aux input (ie ipod), my amps simply shut off. I can't really explain it more simply than that! Any ideas? Thanks for any suggestions!!

Did some extensive googling and found out my problem. I had the remote turn on wire going to the amp actually connected to the antennae wire which is not turned on when the HU goes into modes other than radio! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif
