Yes, this indeed **** for me... I am selling my lovely system to pay off for a new hobby. I am in no rush so no low balling offers.

Both are used, They were purchased in march of this year... ill find receipts later.

AQHD315 D2ohm Subwoofer [Retail $339.00 + shipping] So i will let it go for 290$ + shipping

The sub has never been overheated or damaged. It is capable of handling 2x the power i was giving it

Amp has never been overheated or shut down. Great amp, puts out clean strong power, works great with the sub!

May i remind you that if you buy from the websites you will have to pay sales tax to?

CA tax on the amp was $24.xx hate the shit so total came out to 360.92 USD

I think 250+ shipping is a good price?? any comments?

well i know AQ is coming out with a new line, and hifonics overates some of their lines of amps. id say the amp was worth maybe 250-260 shipped and the sub 270 shipped or so.

i just sold five AQHD315s and all went from 290 all the way down to 240 shipped and shipping was never over 35 for me..and i live in IL and shipped to CA, PA, FL, all over the place. just to let you know
