bunch of grades came in, my GPA is a 3.2 right now which puts me at top 26% of my class (estimated from last years scale). So far got a B+, and 2 B's (my school doesn't have A-s, B+ counts as a 3.5). I am upset about the B's, but i guess i am lucky I am not getting C's because that seems to be what the majority of peeps get in law school 2 more grades left, I'm really hoping to get A's or B+'s to bump me into the top 15% //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif Keep your fingers crossed guys, I really really really busted my *** this semester, never worked so hard for something in my life.

Congress can do anything through the commerce power. THAT is the law.

there is none. had that question on a MC quiz and the teacher gave us the old.. 'its not the correct answer, but it was by far the most correct of the 4". I think about 10 kids got it right by guessing...so the answer is a big fat no.

We tried that argument...law professors are NEVER wrong. But he did admit it was a bad question.
