i still think its pretty lame i was told they would be billed/sent a week after i placed the order..yet almost a month later?

i was told "what do you want us to do?"...i was like "send them when you tell me youre going to?" odd request i suppose?

Wierd, I got my atlas in a week, great customer service, but it looks like they have been making some changes since then. Maybe they are just trying to get their feet on the ground. best of luck

The only problems I've had with them and NG will agree is they used FedEx Home, which sucks ***. But other than that everything wasn't too bad with them. Guess they are busy or some shit.
