honestly, i wouldnt mind if they told me 2 months...but, if i didnt get it after 2 months (without anykind of notice) and i call and get different dates and still dont recieve my stuff repeatedly...yeah, id be pissed..

I think you just have to much faith in online ordering, its a pretty complicated process, to expect it like that might have been naive on your part. I just hope things turn out fine, they've treated me well in the past.

How is online ordering a complicated process? You enter your information and click on "submit" when you are asked to. The recieve the message via email and process your order. As long as they have the products in stock it should be shipped out. Now if they keep changing the dates and giving you excuses, you've got a problem.

I liked AA for a bit, but I've never had the opportunity to purchase anything from them. I hope they don't end up being anything like Adire.

lol x2. There is a hassle buying from a store. First you got the punk trying to sell his trash to you as treasure. Then there is the guy who is trying to convince you to pay them 300+ to install and then there is a warranty they try to sneek you from behind and before you know it, your anus is torn. of course i dont speak of all stores, just the dark sneaky places *cough* san diego's AL&ED'S

Its not like CC or BB where its there on the shelf and its just waiting for you, there are manufacturing and co-company dealings that make it not straight foward. If it was said in stock, then it should be easy. Anyone expirienced with buying stuff online directly from companies ought not to expect things to go that cleanly.

Wow! I ordered a 12" assassin last week Wed. and received it this past Sat. Only bad thing was that they sent me a 10" it came with my receipt for my credit card ~N~ my invoice on my purchase. I emailed them sunday and they replied back on Monday. They said they'll be sending my 12" with a Fedex prepaid mailing sticker. So I dunno? but they seem good in my book. Good service in my opinion.

On a side note i plan to order some poly's tomorrow evening.

A fellow forum member just placed an order for 2 and said they will be senging them out this week. I shure hope that happens because i really need some new mids.

i got pre-tracking info/billed today...if they sound nice, ill be ordering some tm's for the rears..

i dont see how calling and speaking to the owner of the company could be considered "online ordering"?

I had wanted a pair of poly highs but they ran out. They called me today to let me know that they did have some and are shipping my order tomorrow. They also just got a shipment of 25 more coming in tomorrow.

I've heard some really bad things about them. I think most of the bad comes because they are a small company and still trying to get a great quality system. Look on the flip-side though, how many large companies would call YOU to let you know that something you had asked about is now available? Thats **** good service in my eyes.
