Ascendant Audio?

The only problems I've had with them and NG will agree is they used FedEx Home, which sucks ***. But other than that everything wasn't too bad with them. Guess they are busy or some shit.
I paid for products (late at night mind you...past normal business hours), and they shipped immediately the next day. I received them as stated, fully functional, but FedEx Home does **** balls...

im sure there have been other people with other companies who have waited longer than 3 months for a recone. Some one mentioned waiting a long time for a brahma recone. i got my arsenals in the same week as i purchased them. I really think this 3rd party is screwing the reputation of ascendant. The guy sueing ascendant because he wants a full refund on his avalanches is rediculous, so he got to play with them, crash them and then get his money back? The service was shitty but not enough to sue unless he would get a refund.

agreed. Is he sueing just for his money back or also with the 7 figure pain and suffering too? I like ascendant audio, because they are really enthusiastic about their products. Unfortunately they hit a rock and people have a right to loose their patience over a couple of months of waiting and no word or refunds upon request. The Ascendant Audio guys arent crooks, the just let things go way over their head when introducing so many new products around the same time. I hope that all the issues get resolved because Chad will eventually get things to become smooth sailing once again.

 
If you are so unhappy that they haven't billed you then take your money and buy something else. Atleast they didn't bill you ahead of time for something they don't have. I don't get it why you are so pissed.

im just about done with the enclosures, which i spent alot of time/money on..i started building after they initially told me they were billing me..if you would have read anything besides my last post, youde know that.

i just want the speakers...they keep telling me they'll send them on a certain date and they dont come through, which has happened 3 times now..if you dont know when youre going to have something out, dont say that you do..

honestly, i wouldnt mind if they told me 2 months...but, if i didnt get it after 2 months (without anykind of notice) and i call and get different dates and still dont recieve my stuff repeatedly...yeah, id be pissed..

i really dont see how im being an *** here?

 
I'm not saying you shouldn't be pissed, I'm just saying they wouldn't be able to please you any other way than delivering, so whether they give you a date or not doesn't help at all.
