Is he sueing just for his money back or also with the 7 figure pain and suffering too?  I like ascendant audio, because they are really enthusiastic about their products. Unfortunately they hit a rock and people have a right to loose their patience over a couple of months of waiting and no word or refunds upon request.  The Ascendant Audio guys arent crooks, the just let things go way over their head when introducing so many new products around the same time.  I hope that all the issues get resolved because Chad will eventually get things to become smooth sailing once again.</p></blockquote><p></p>
