I dont think its a slam dunk case. I was actually surprise when they upgraded the charges from manslaughter to second degree murder. Word is though that they did because they offered him a deal and instead of taken it he decided to play hardball. And lost. They'll convict him because imagine if they dont.

I don't like when people post false shit. So, they get called out on it. What would putting the tow rookie cops in jail for 50 years solve. Imagine, it's your third shift as t work and you don't call out the person training you and you end up in jail for 50 years. That is fugked up.
