AQ 1200D problem..

grab the ground wire and wiggle it when you get a chance but i say 70% chance it need to be serviced..
yeah i e-mailed aq about 20mins ago, got the reply like 8 mins after, very quick lol they told me to try switching it with another set up, to see if it could be one of my sub coils going bad so when i get the chance thats what im gonna do first

this thread has me tuned in. i have the same EXACT problem just happen last night. and i have checked everything as well. and on the remote wire. i have it from the pos. of the front batt. to a toggle switch so i can turn the bass on and off when needed. thats how u do the remote wire so the amp dont stay on.

**** rain started up again..I'll pull the subs when I get the chance and hopefully that could be the problem..really only the last thing that could be it

Actually when I unhooked the bass knob from the amp..the wire it's self my subs hit for the second it took to take it out if that could mean anything

Had nothing to do with my ohm load it was just that the RCA pre outs on my hu got loosened up inside of the hu.. I jiggled the rcas a bit and saw it was moving all over so I had to open the hu up and tighten it on the inside which I just got done doing now time to hook I up and see if it works
