Do you believe everything you read?? Your defending a 16 year old Kid who you are just trusting is telling everyone the truth. Their is 2 sides to every story and this kid has been the biggest Liar and exaduarater I have ever seen in my life. My company was told to charge sales tax on every order by our local state government because they are coming down pretty hard on the internet laws here in Utah. This kid Kenny Pollock recieved "all" of his items which I have all the tracking numbers to prove it. He sent me an email after recieving his items and thanking me for "hooking him up with a good deal". He has every right to dispute the sales tax, and I'm sure the state of Utah will have no problem explaining the "soon to be" new law to Mr. Pollock. This kid has tried hard to drag my name through the mud, but we have many many satisfied customers and he tries to make up this bullshit and say we are fraud and scammed him. He's had about 9 different friends emailing me and telling me they are going to come to my home and harm me and my family, I hope he likes to look down the barrel of my shotgun. I'm 32 years old and I have owned this business for 9 years, and this 16 year old kid comes blabbing his mouth with false crap to everyone which I don't have time for. He's free to do as he wishes, but you guys are way to gullable and nieve for believing everything you read. Mr. Kenny Pollock made a "huge" error by not reading my ebay payment description which clearly says "my company adds sales tax to all our transactions". He has conveniently tried to place his error and mistake of missing this important key of information, and trying to place the blame on my shoulders. Notice how Kenny doesn't say anything about that all my ebay auctions in payment description clearly state this about sales tax, and he still went a head and won the transaction and then tried to tell me he didn't have to pay it and didn't see that. Does this sound like my fault to you?

Here is the email we wrote to the Internet Fraud Investigations for "slander" charges against Mr. Pollock:

I just wanted to let you know that one of your customers: Kenny Pollock has "unlawfully" produced a "slanderous and Character bashing" posting against my company, for which I have contacted an attorney and the authorities who will be contacting your legal department soon. The Salt Lake District Attorney is gathering evidence for this case against Kenny Pollock which your site or link is attached or is helping him list these false accusations against my company. This person, Kenny Pollock is advertising my personal "home" address to the public without my consent which is against the law, not to mention all of the false and inacurrate non-sense crap he is saying about my company. 85% of the things he has said is straight lies and he has sent me an email stating "I will make your life miserable and watch what I can do". I am not a fraudulent company, and you took under your shoulder a 16 year old kid who has his "large ego" foiled and is spitting out ridiculous and false accusations which he has no evidence to back up. I have been in business for many years, and have been on ebay as a valued power seller for a long time. I have a valid selling permit and business license and I am honest in my dealings with customers and have recieved nothing but referals and positive comments from satisfied customers (except Kenny Pollock). I sell around 45K a month in Rims and we have hundreds of satisfied customers, honestly you can please everyone. Compared to other rim company's on ebay, I have one of the highest feedback ratings and its for good reason. This kid has recieved "all" of his products and he has even sent me an email stating "Thank you for the kick-*** rims, they are awesome just as you described". And then he has the nerve to list this online at: http://www.laddmurdock.com and say all of these false things stating many false "slanderous" statements which are very untrue. This web address is somehow supported by your link or your company which I will get a Court Case filed if need be. This kid has been so immature sending my company "threatening" emails and having his friends harrass my company that I have contacted an Officer Gardner of the Layton City, police department in Utah and we are gathering evidence for a case right now. Truthfully, you are free to post this listing and support this individual, but we are holding everyone responsible who has any connection with this person. Please understand their are 2 sides to every story, and this 16 year old kid has been honestly the biggest "pain in the butt" of a customer I have even dealt with, and sad part is that he recieved his items quicker then any other customer and he wrote me an email saying he loved the items and they were high quality, and then he posts this listing through your site and stabs us in the back.
