real men work legs.focusing a lot on upper body mostly... bis tris traps chest and abs...
I still am all nature. I was just kidding about the steroids/hgh. I stated that in a following post.Deerhunt, why the HGH/steroids all of a sudden? I thought you were practically all natural for a while. Hit a plateau?
PS - you ever try out bodyspace on bodybuilding.com to track your progress? I just started that. Seems pretty cool.
I just said that cause my maxes are a good bit higher and I never curl more than 45pound dumbells. Curl 95lbs for 8 reps with the straight bar.Agreed, at least as far as benching goes. I think my deadlift and Squat are satisfactory but Id rather my flat bench be somewhere closer to 300 pounds. Still working on it. I can't really explain it except Ive always had naturally strong arms. They grow and get stronger without much effort, everything else takes alot of work. Chest is definitely a weakpoint for me. Other than that I think a nearly 400 pound deadlift and a 330 pound squat are pretty reasonable. I'm not trying to win either strongman OR bodybuilding competitions.
I literally feel poop coming out every time I deadlift. Just something I got used too. lol. I am on and off and deadlifts. Do them for 10-12 weeks, start another program and don't do them. I believe I am keeping them in all the time now though.Deadlifts are awesome. Just started them a few weeks ago. Started off with 185x5. Now I'm at 235x5 and going up quick. Could probably do a little more but don't want to push it too much too early. Trying to keep the best form possible. Plus with squats I JUST started going a$$ to ground, or at least parallel to the ground for them. None of that hack-squating pu$$y $hit anymore... hah
I hear you on the body space... I wish I started mine so I had numbers on all my lifts back when I originally decided to get big. I still see increases in my lifts though (besides anything shoulder related, blah... torn posterior labrum = teh ****, I gotta have surgery in the summer for it so there goes lifting for a few months afterwards). Deadlift is going up like crazy. I still do have progress pics up though which is insane considering the change I made. I love it. hahreal men work legs.

And i have an account but never filled out my bodyspace. Guess i need to get around doing it. Wish I would have started one two years ago when I finally decided to get big.

ATG with squats is the way to go. I did half squats and such before just b/c i liked the bigger weight i could lift. Every since i started going ATG I have noticed better gains and a better pump.
