How would it slow it down though? I could understand that with squats, but benching?im 17....supposeably guys stop growing at the age of 18 myabe 19..so yea...but thats what i heard thoug..so thats why i stick with push ups and crunches..
Yes, because afterall, the search fuction lets me find forum member who also lift weight.woooooooooooooow.
Do you know how to search?
lol I am not. Just a little trolling.god **** deerhunt on them roids, im waiting till about 19 because of the stunting of growth plates. Are you doing a PCT?
Why don't you just do every exercise laying on your back, then?why don't you just bench? its more weight and you will see better results.. pushups don't give you a whole lot.. you are gaining stamina though.. and getting your heart rate up to burn calories..
Some mighty hefty curling there not to have higher in your other lifts. Nice.Yup. I normally curl 55 lb dumbells, can do shoulder presses with 80s. Best bench is 250, best squat is 330 for 6-8. best deadlift is 380 for 2 or 3.
I go on a pretty laid back schedule and am not in the gym every day like some guys but when I'm there I'm pretty intense. Been lifting since I was 11, with some extended time off here and there. Never been into becoming grotesquely huge or insanely strong. Just good enough that if I have to put my hands on someone I can make it hurt, I also alternate with cardio and stretching. The stretching is a HUGE part of my routine. I think it's the main reason I've run and lifted for so long without so much as a muscle strain. 10 minutes before a workout, 20-30 minutes of stretching after.
