any of you queers powerlift or frequent the gym?

I crash hard after taking Jack3d. Can't seem to find anything that I get the burst from anymore. I was off everything for about 8 months except protien and started with Jack3d, crashed, superpump....nothing, Nanovaper....nothin. Thats with 3 scoops. Used to get a mad rush after just 2 scoops.
Now its just GNC's Amplified wheybolic extreme 60 for protien and ****. I was on Prime and pink magic but **** didn't seem to help at all.
how did you start taking jack3d? did you make sure you built your tollerance for it? half scoop, whole scoop, 1.5 scoop etc?

started with a scoop for about 2-3 weeks, went up to 2 scoops for about a month or so....had to stop for about 2 months for moving from overseas and ****. Started back up with 2 and wasn't feeling anything, i was crashing at work hard too. I bumped it up to 3 after about 2 weeks and same ****....no pump, crashing hard.

 
ive gone to 5 or 6 gyms 3-4 days a week for the last 4-5 years and i could probably count on one hand the amount of times ive seen someone squat bench or deadlift over 405. Depends on where you are. On my hs football team there were 4 people who could squat over 400 (including me). Go into any college gym, it is pretty common place to see someone putting up significant weight. Good thing with power clean and barely anyone knows how to do it, so it is more impressive when you do it well.

 
I got into a little spree back in the winter then stopped. THen I started to pick up again this summer but dislocated my knee. I was back into it again but after finding out I'm going for the Air Force special forces I have to do more cardio type stuff than actual lifting. I'm I small guy but when I weighed at 137 I put up 170lbs, probably couldve gone to 175-180 though. The real feat of mine was doing 99 standard military pushups in a single minute. I'm guessing now after not lifting in so long I can probably only do about 70.

Edit** I took arginine and BCAAs with glucosamine and a multivitamin. The protein shakes I used was BSN Syntha6 and TrueMass. They aren't the best for fitness but they do taste great. I found out the best protein is pure whey isolate..

I usually find some way to get my adrenaline pumped up while I'm driving. Usually I'll drive the Jeep nice to piss someone off, have them try and pass me, then let that 5.2 L sing and not let them past me. Everyone around here is always in such a hurry and is weaving through traffic. Occasionally I'll get lucky and stop at a light next to them afterwards and get to have some words with them. It definitely gets my adrenaline up for the gym. I'm sure if I keep doing it it'll start not having the same effect on me, but for now, it works.
Yea until u look at ur fuel meter and then have to roidrage ur way to the gas station

Yessirr. That's why I like Dymatize protein. Its a whey isolaste with amonio acids bcaas and its delicious
