Generally I will do 5x5 or 5x3 starting at 199 going up to 230ish. If I'm feeling good I'll hang clean 230 a few times. Maxed 275 at 185 pounds. It's pretty hard to move up from there, I am at the point where my form is **** near perfect but I don't have the lower back strength to catch more weight than that. **** deadlift and squat in high school did my back in.
