Batman and Robin...now THAT was a horror film. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/scared.gif.f134e57c6c93ccd0f15aa5ac32c7d4a0.gif

The poughkeepsie tapes was weird, I thought for sure he was gonna kill those little girls selling the cookies. Hatchet was kinda lame. Anyone else wanna add to the list?

Just finished The Mist, ending was really fucked up. Overall good movie, I'm glad that god bitch got one in the head. Dog Soldiers is next.
Dog Soldiers is one of the best werewolf movies.

There's a black & white version of The Mist too. I haven't watched it, but I've heard it adds a little something to the experience...

American Werewolf In London...loved that movie...one of the few "horror" flicks that I have watched...although I am sure, based on the nasties being mentioned here, this film is probably pretty tame...but it was humorous, campy and an enjoyable flick. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

An American Werewolf In London contains the best transformation scene of all time.

The film actually won an academy award for special effects (the first to do so if memory serves). It should also be noted that the filmmaker originally wanted to film this scene in one take, with no cuts or editing involved. That didn't work out, but what we're left with is some incredible "WAY ahead of it's time" special effects.

Another fun fact; The movie was written & directed by John Landis. Yup, the same John Landis who's responsible for The Blues Brothers and Animal House.
