I crash hard after taking Jack3d. Can't seem to find anything that I get the burst from anymore. I was off everything for about 8 months except protien and started with Jack3d, crashed, superpump....nothing, Nanovaper....nothin. Thats with 3 scoops. Used to get a mad rush after just 2 scoops.

Now its just GNC's Amplified wheybolic extreme 60 for protien and ****. I was on Prime and pink magic but **** didn't seem to help at all.

Havent been going recently, but the only thing I would take was protein shakes, whey protein. Max bench was 300, would work out with 5 sets of 10 @ 220lbs. 5 sets of 10 of 100lbs on curls (2 handed), tricep press would do 250lbs etc...I really wasnt swoll or anything, just fair sized with fair definition
