Just wondering. I just got into working out. My only hobby was caraudio and keeping up with mma news and fights and stuff. Just wondering what your gym goals/ favorite supplements/ workout tips/ weightroom numbers are.

I been at it since may. My goal is 400lb bench. Favorite supps are Dymatize whey protein. And animal pak multi vitamins. Preworkout is 6000mg pure arginine. Right now Max bench is 365x1 350x 325x5on my 5,3,1days

 
3 scoops of each? H2O is a definite. I usually drink a gallon and a half a day.. I keep a jug with me at all times. Even at work (security )

no, the cytosport stuff is a giant *** tub, with the protein and creatine mixed together. I take about 3 giant scoops everyday, and mix it into water.

 
I power clean. That is about it. Never was very good at bench. Used to squat fairly well for my size until I hurt my back. Can still throw some weight around on power clean though

 
I used to lift more before I almost died. Got a lot of injuries now so it makes it harder. Old bench was 455, squat 565 dead lift 515

I only did a little powerlifting to help out my strongman training. Spent the last 5 years just trying to get back to where I was.

I've learned over the years that every member here benches 500lbs, is a playa and plou's hot *******, got a 1600 on their SATs, and makes mad cheddar.

what do you guys take and what does it do for you? i just go and lift but id love to take like somethng for a rush of energy b4 the gym workout
Usp labs makes Jack3d which is badass. I just take about 6000mg of l-arginine. It released nitric oxide in the bloojd and gives u a pumpand increases blood flow flow to the muscles.
