any of you queers powerlift or frequent the gym?

I lost a 100 pounds in the last year.

Threads like this helps bring back my motivation.....some.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif Seems motivation and lack of willpower are kicking my arse right now....

In before some ******* trys to bring down my morale some more.....

Bench max in HS years ago was over 400 pounds...now, 300, lol! Once.....lost a ton of power when I lost my weight.

I dont take supplements, did it all natural, besdies some energy drinks and a little whey protein....so I guess I take a couple, lol!

 
Last time i tried my Bench was horrible. I think 200 max. Deadlift was 600 max. Legpress was 1200 and thats all i really did. I need to start lifting again because i want to get my bench up to something correct for my size and weight.

 
I used to go to the gym alot. I was skinny as fawk when I started. Dumbbell benching 20lbs pound weights and leg pressing 90lbs in highschool lol. At my peak 1.5 years later I could dumbbell bench the 75lb'ers and leg press maxed at 500lbs.

I also have done two full rounds of p90x.
