any of you queers powerlift or frequent the gym?

I think it's funny people who claim to lift alot and have horrible form, not squatting full parallell, arching their backs on bench and cheating on cleans by swinging the weight out. With good technique I bench 345, squat 455 and hang clean 315. I'm a college football player at a small NAIA school and we have some guys putting up crazy weight on some things.

I keep good form on my lifts too. But I have never discredited a bench because of a butt coming of the bench or a clean because they swung the weight out or catch the clean in squat position.

I was a guard and defensive end. I went to a small school, so not a large selection of big guys. Still managed to handle most of my opponents. We as a team were not very good my junior or senior year
Man I feel ya. We were physically huge. 6ft 260lb average across the front 5. Every starting lineman and LB benched 300+ (some played both ways) our fb and backup fb benched 315+ and backup RB was 160lb benching 260. We went like 3-7 but won majority of our weight classes in post season weightroom comps in the region. Ah I miss those days.

Another fun fact. We were the only school in our county to have a daycare.. and child prep classes for pregnant teens. Something like 25 kids in daycare and 40+ preggo teens in a school of 800 9-12graders

I cant do shit these days. I am old fat fuck. I think I will have surgery to remove some ruptured disk that is sitting on my sciatic nerve.

I used to bench 325 in high school. Squad was 400. Was in that systematic condition class for football players. Loved it.

Now I am a homer simpson. Pass me the fucking beer.

Ah yes, I myself am looking to get back into it, just graduated college and played football there. Played corner @ 6' 205lbs, Bench-305x1 (225x8), Squad 385x2 (315x6) clean 275x3, 4.49 40 yd and our team finished #10 in the nation my senior year (D3) oh well but still some legit talent out there. Ever since we lost in the playoffs and graduated I just lost the drive to get in the gym and hit the weights hard. Since then,I've turned to 5 and 10K's trying to stay in shape. Supps- no-xplode, creatine (SizeOn), protein, etc, healthy diet, animal pack when i did workout
