amp problem

alright i took a voltage meter out to test the power and my remote amp turn on is only getting 7 volts does that mean anything b/c i have unhooked and rehooked many time havent checked the rcas still dont know how to help would be nice.

ok i took a voltage meter out and tested the power its getting power and the remote wire is only getting 7 volts could this have anything to do with the amp not getting enough to push the subs. and how do i check the rcas
