Hello, I know nothing about subwoofers, but I bought this box at a flea market for $5 because it looked cool. I'd like to find an amp for it, but I have no documentation.

I honestly can't find much info about it. I measured the subs to be 8" and found this sole post via Google:

The comments in that thread lead me to believe that the speakers are 150 RMS each, which seems rather low despite their age? There is a single set of terminals so they are SVC. Correct me if I'm wrong:

Currently they're wired separately, but if wired together that would be either 2 ohms or 8 ohms of impedance (I think)? That, and whether the tweeters affect anything, are what confuse me about finding an amp. All help is appreciated!!

what you want is a "monoblock" id say 200w @2 ohm brand any major brand will be more than enough for this application id bet $60 shipped you could get something

I lied get a 2 channel full range amp(i only seen the woofers before) 50w "rms" and up per channel at 4ohm will work same price applys

It would also be easy to add an equalizer to have individual rca inputs for all of the channels. A decent one can be had for less than $40...

This tested well on youtube - not familiar with the brand but it is a pretty standard china build house amplifier...

I agree with every one above. OFC is much better. Copper is a much better conductor than aluminum.
