American Bass XFL or HD 15" for my 1500 watts?

I have an APSM-1500 and I'd like to know if it's worth getting the HD15 or if the XFL15 should theoretically be louder on this amount of power due to less power handling + xmax therefore higher efficiency.

I've also never pushed a sub over RMS power which is why I'm considering the HD15 as well.

I'm looking to tune around 30hz with a 4.5cf box and lots of port area. (I have around/slightly over 6.6cf gross to work with)

If those are the only 2 you are looking at i would go with XFL, you can always go bigger on amp later on and it will not hurt the sub if you give it less power than rms just dont over clip it.
