Best Options For Purely SQ

Hey everyone new to the forum just have a quick question, I'm looking for a sub that will fit into my current setup and produce the best sq for rock. I mainly listen to 90's rock such as NIN,Tool,Pantera,Alice In Chains,Primus and such. The sub I have already sounds decent but would just like to see what else everyone recommends over my current sub. Below is my setup thanks for the replies ahead of time.

Head Unit: Alpine CDE-HD149BT

High's & Mid's Amplifier: Alpine MRV-F300

Subwoofer Amplifier: Kac-9105D

Front Speakers: Focal Polyglass 165 V30

Rear Speakers: Focal Polyglass 165 V30

Subwoofer: Eclipse 6210

Sub Enclosure: Sealed 1.25 Cu Ft Box

The 10" or 12" subs by CDT Audio are great sounding subwoofers. I used the HD-1200CF in a 0.88 cu ft sealed box for a long time and it was amazing on that kind of music. This model has been replaced by a new shallow version called HD-1200CFS. The QES-1220 is a step up with higher power handling and a design meant for an even smaller enclosure.

As far as budget i'm pretty much open to anything but if I had to set a price 250, yes would like to use the box I already have, amp rms:500 X 1 4 ohms 900 X 1 2 ohms. Was already looking at dayton audio, I actually contacted them yesterday and they recommended the Dayton Audio DVC310-88 12" DVC. Just wanna make sure that that sub will be an upgrade from what I already currently have.

check out bluescaraudio.com & linearpower.com, I met the president Ray Rayfield last year and heard his 6.5" comp set on a 2250 Linear Power amp, 250+ x 2 rated @12.8 volts. You could feel the bass notes in your chest, and they play waaaay low, I thought there was a sub in his ride. All their stuff is SQ. I needed a 4 ch and actually hand built my modded amp that was no longer in production. He and some of his staff are former Kicker people, I guess the wanted to take it to another level. They win a lot of awards at CES & MECA and everything is very high quality and hand built in USA. Also madisound.com, lots of SQ.

I'm going to vote W6v2 also

I picked one up a few months ago and its just a great sub.

I have my 10" in a 1 cube sealed box and it gets plenty low and still has great sound quality

If u go Dayton, go reference HO

But I still vote w6. I'm running one now and I have had the Dayton's before and could have gotten a new one cheaper than I got this w6 used....if that says anything.
