American bass ph4000/vfl4480

I recently read in a thread that these two are nothing alike and that the ph4000 was the rebadged massive n4. This I dont deny and both are decent nano (2k) amps. My prob here is that the vfl4480 mini was represented as none the like and was indeed a better amp. Now I am no engineer or of Korean decent for that matter but I have studied the gut shots on the American Bass website for sometime now and dvmn if they dont look identical to me. I may be completely wrong but I hate to see misleading posts. I know I should maybe call bullsh*t in the dome but this is an amplifier comparison thread so forgive me if Ive got it wrong place but I must call it how I see it. I will include pics from all 3 for u guys to decide.
