lol at 300 dollars for 1000 watts better be good at EVERYTHING...of course it will do a little over the rated 1000 but still!!

if you want the SQ and only 1000 rms, than just go for some Zed amps, audision or JL amp or if you have the money for it. Its really hard to tell the SQ differences though, your sub box would be the biggest deciding factor as long as you have an amp that provides clean power. sundown amps provides lots of clean unclipped power.
