American Bass Copies AQ or Konaki??

Exactly, anyway, Audioque by far has the best CS of any company using that platform so I would go with them any day, if I was looking for that type of sub.
Ummm.... have you ever dealt with American Bass before? Bob is hilarious and you can talk directly with him over the phone. If i was going back into SPL i would deal with Bob. He is willing to work out any problem you might have. Great guy.

Actually, there is one very respected audio manufacturer using this same build house/platform. Zapco maybe? I dont remember for sure now. CES had like 5 or 6 different manufacturers all showing off this same speaker design. DD style frame, DD style motor (minus some patented cooling techniques), stitched surround. From what I understand, the only changes are variations in soft parts and aesthetics.
These are not the same as a DD 9500.

yep different soft parts, you can also do a search for a sub called tf one. Looks the same as well but different soft parts
actually im pretty sure the TF1's use audioque softparts... DJ (owner of audioque) made a poast about this not long ago, im just too lazy to use it

they all are a copy of the dd 9500 series sub i am pretty sure
false.... if you saw the inside of the motor you would see that they quite different
