Nobody is being copied, they all use the same Chinese build house. Several other companies use the same build house and sub platform as well.

yep different soft parts, you can also do a search for a sub called tf one. Looks the same as well but different soft parts

Exactly, anyway, Audioque by far has the best CS of any company using that platform so I would go with them any day, if I was looking for that type of sub.
