Am I going to overheat??

I'm running 4 Blaupunkt ODxa547's DVC 5x7's in the doors of my Sporttrac. I am currently running them with the headunit only, Aiwa CDC-MP3(22x4RMS) and only the full range voice coil.

I have purchased off Ebay a Profile California 440sx(50x4RMS @4ohms, 75x4@2ohms) that is stable at 2ohms. When I install the amp, I plan on wiring in the second voicecoil (woofer only) of each speakers, which will give them 2ohm loads.

My questions are this: I'm not planning on running this at huge volumes, but do I run the risk of overheating at fairly normal levels? Also, I have no current plans for a sub, but will running this system with both voice coils get me a fair amount of bass without a sub?

You should be just fine. if you push 75 to four speakers it will really loud. Bc if you normally run 22w X 4, your about to double the power, and for highs you don't need that much power for them to sound loud. Which means your amp will be just fine becuase your using it's average output. it will over heat if you have the gain way up and the music blasting but i don't know to many people who blast their interior speakers that much.

Thanks, I'm hoping that's the case. I'm not planning on really cranking them. At least not too often

The amp is going under a seat anyway so it should get fairly good ventilation.
