aluminum sub box?!?!

A guy at work was telling me he was going to try this out.........I only hope he completes it so I can laugh in his face when it's a fail. I'm sure if the metal were thick enough and very well braced and deadened it could work but that would be crazy expensive with no real benefit. The guy at work was talking about using thin steel

 
Aluminum enclosure can be awesome when done correctly. I think this is funkywaves(?).

One or two, they are still subwoofer outs and are mono summed signals from both left and right. Even the 2 RCA subwoofer pre-outs on the 2nd one...
