Alumapro Alchemy RX Subwoofer 12" The SQ version dual voice coil 4Ω . Like new. Tested. This is larger than most 12" so needs a slightly larger cutout. I beleive it is 11 5/16 and the bolt hole diameter is 12" (spec sheet above is wrong)
