Alpine Type Rs

I've had my Type Rs for a few years now. Just totaled my old car, and of course my box doesn't fit in my new car. I'm pretty much a newbie at box enclosure tuning and stuff like that and I don't want to just go buy any old box and have my subs sounding horrible, so I came here a little guidance. I found a prefab box on ebay.... Box Link Here I was wondering what you people think of this box? Good for my type Rs? Should I get the box with ports? Tube Ports? Vent ports? Please help.

Do a search in the forum and you will come up with a bunch of threads for the Type R's. Most are ported tuned around 34hrz.

Those ported boxes look bad. Too little port and more than likely tuned too high.

You could get a box kit from ami_creations or whatever it is and build it yourself.
