Check the classifieds... you can get a set of used Rl-p's and be much happier for about the same price as buying a set of new l7's or type-r's.

I just got rid of a 15 inch Kicker L5 and upgraded to a Rl-p 15 and its like nigth and day........Rl-p is a far superior sub for sql

i have heard 2 12" type-rs in a sealed box and have owned two 12" l7's sealed. i would choose the type-r over l7 cause it has better SQ. eventhough solobarics were meant to be ported

Yup, people just love them type R's and with good reason. Sure like mine.

have used 2 trpe r 12's and 2 l7 12's with rated power the l7's will get much louder and deeper, the type r's may have slightly a bit more sq but if u want loud and moderatly clean go with the l7's
